Everyone should be ambitious.
To achieve your ambition, you have to work hard;
Due to hard work you get subject knowledge;
If you have subject knowledge, you feel Confident;
If you are confident, you get effectively expression;
If you are able to express your point of view, you can convince anybody;
If you are able to convince the listener, you get the desired result;
Desired result is nothing but what Ambition you had set for.
You achieve your Ambition.
Ambition->Hard work->Subject Knowledge->Confidence->Expression-> Convincing power->Ambition

आदर्श पात्र से कम स्तर का कुछ भी स्वीकार्य नहीं हो सकता! आप जो भी करे, पूरा आग्रह रखे की श्रेष्ठ ही हो ये बात थोडी अव्यवहारिक लगे, किन्तु आज की परिस्थिति में जो सभी मापदंडो पर खरा हो वहि स्वीकार्य होता है हम अपने चारो और देखे, हमारे प्रयोग में आने वाली हर चीज हम वोही स्वीकार करते है जो हमारी परिस्थिति के अनुसार श्रेष्ठ है चाहे वो मोबाईल हो या वाहन हो या खाना हो या कपडे ... हम कहते है की भाई दो पेसे ज्यादा लेलो पर चीज अच्छी देना तो फिर जब हमारी बारी आये, तो किसी तरह का "चलेगा.." वाला आचरण क्यों रहे सब कुछ आदर्श नहीं हो सकता, किन्तु आदर्श बनने का आग्रह हर काम में रखना होगा इसलिये आज के समय में जब कंपनिया कर्मचारियों को नोकरी से निकालती है तो उसमे से श्रेष्ठ कर्मचारियों को नहीं निकालती इसके लिए शुरुआत उन बातो से करो जो सहज में हमें आनी ही चाहीये यदि एन बातो के लिए भी हमें अपने गुरु या माता-पिता द्बारा बार-बार कहनी पड़े तो शर्म की बात है कुछ उदाहरण देता हु, जिसमे ये बात समझ में आ सकती है, जैसेकी : मुझे अपने पडोसी से क्यों अनुरोध करना पड़े की, म्यूजिक धीमा बजाओ, घर के बाहर जूठन मत ...

आत्म चिंतन!

आत्म चिंतन! क्या हम इनमे से एक तो नहीं है? अभिमानी / जिद्दी / क्रोधी / लालची/ पागल / मुर्ख/ भुलक्कड़ (ये सब आपस में पर्याय है?) इन्ही प्रश्नों ने शायद हर वक़्त पीछा किया है और हम अपने आप से जूठ बोल लेते है और इन जैसे लोगो से भागते है हर सामान्य व्यक्ति इन लोगो से दूर भागता है, क्योंकि अभिमानी या क्रोधी व्यक्ति, किसी को भी बिना वजह अपमानित कर सकता है, बुद्दू, लालची, जिद्दी कोई भी नुक्सान पंहुचा सकता है, वगेरा वगेरा .. पागल को खुद पता नहीं चल पाता की वो जो करता है वह, ठीक नहीं है और वो करता ही चला जाता है, क्या यही बात दूसरी तरह के लोगो (बुद्दू, लालची, जिद्दी..) में भी नहीं पाई जाती? हाँ ये पहली समान बात है सभी की एक और बात समान है, वो ये की ये केवल नुक्सान करते है स्वयं का और दूसरो का भी कोन ज्यादा दुखदाई है चोर या मुर्ख(बुद्दू, लालची, जिद्दी...)? चोर एक वक़्त पे एक खास तरह का नुकशान कर के चला जायेगा, लेकिन ये महान किस्म के लोग अपनी छाती पे मुंग दलते रहेंगे मुर्ख कहा और कितना नुक्सान कर दे, ये कोई नही जानता भुलक्कड़ व्यक्ति के कारण उस पर निर्भर रहने वाला व्यक्ति बेवजह मुर्ख बन जाता ...

Problem - Definition

The reality is that, it is not possible to get response unless he does all link, submission to search engines....etc. etc...., which he is not doing. So the difference between Expectation and reality is called Problem. People who learn to estimate efforts and its legitimate value, they face less problem than those who expect, unreasonably and out of proportion to their efforts, skills and luck. You cannot shorten the distance but you can drive faster, means you have to prepare to be able to drive faster. Now another problem, you cannot drive faster because you have old vehicle. Better you accept to reach your destination in longer time or you buy a new Vehicle. Again Problem, to buy new vehicle, there is not enough fund, therefore, if we want to get rid of...
